·         Launched a new solutions sales business for HP focused on document workflow. Drove wins at major financial firms including a top three bank, a multinational German bank, and one of the largest US
      international money-center banks.

·         Led RFP teams in cross functional solutions proposals to major financial firms for mortgage workflow and client communications.

·         Led a software assurance project including FS Roundtable members, establishing standards for a shared assessments lab estimated to save $15 million annually.  Also led a multi-year project to define best practices for 
      information governance including content management, records management, e-discovery, DLP and compliance.
·         Defined market strategy and drove business development for a new high-performance computing product developed by Cornell for Microsoft, Intel and Dell. Launched and drove Computational Finance sales program for
      HP, winning risk management projects at over a dozen major banks in the first year of the program.

·         Drove legacy migration projects to accommodate new product offerings and data repositories, enable mobile solutions, and streamline workflow
